Providing a compliant service that the landlords value and understand is essential for any reputable lettings business, not only does it show you are the 'property expert', but it also shows the landlord the true value of a professional agent, keeping them out of jailed or fined. We look at the laws that cover us an the consequences if you do not comply. These include:

  • Legionnaires
  • The new retaliatory eviction rules
  • Gas safety
  • Smoke and Monoxide alarms
  • Houses with Multiple occupancy

 

Making the Invisible visible:

We look at the methods that can help create value that the landlord appreciates and values. We know you work hard and do so much, but do they?

 

We explore opportunities that can add in additional revenue that can help improve financial performance.

 

We explain the pressure that are facing landlords and how to help them release equity and expand their portfolio.

 

The course will not only help you grow your portfolio but it will also help you increase the income you are generating from your portfolio. We will show you methods that will help you calculate the average landlord spend and the difference between a good income and a lower than average income.

 

We also look at the service you can offer to help achieve the goals of your landlord and their financial ambitions.
