Performance

Let’s get to know one another:

When a delegate joins the programme, we start the process by finding about them.

 

We learn from their ine manager and review their experience to date. Once completed we tailor their development plan so they get the best from the programme.

 

Everyone has different learning styles; our personalities make us different and interesting.

Knowledge

The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008

We give guidance on this very important act and how we can keep within the law and what happens if you do not!

The laws were changed to improve innovation and replaced the Property Misdescription Act. We find out why and how implementing a process and good practice can win you repeat business.

 

Money laundering 2017

On 26 June 2017 The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (more commonly referred to as the Money Laundering Regulations) came into force in the UK.

We examine the regulation, what it means to you and your company and make sure you have the correct processes in place so you have sufficient information and know who your customer is.

 

The legal process

We will review the legal moving process and the issues along the way that can create delays and a potentially result in a fallen sale.

 

Did you know the average property move in the UK is 111 days?  And it only seems to be increasing!

We believe, once you understand the reasons that create these delays, you can improve efficiencies and speed the process up, saving on average 30 days.

 

Skills

Building rapport

We will show you tested techniques that help you build strong relationships with your customers so you can build rapport and gain their trust, once you have built up a good bond and the customer trusts you, only then are you in the selling zone.

We know you have targets to hit, but would you like to know how you can set them so they are SMART.

 

Selling skills

There are many techniques that can help you win business and gain more sales; knowing when and how to use them is often the difference.

 

We will show you when and how to use each technique and the methods and models that support them. Often a 'Closed' question can win a sale but an 'Open' question can explore more opportunities.

 

Exceptional customer service

What is exceptional service these days? In a competitive sector such as property, having the service edge is really important, being ordinary is simply not good enough.

 

We explore different industry sectors and examine the efforts they are going to so they keep fresh and ahead of the game.

Together we review our industry, how the customer feels in the process and the actions we can take so we create ‘WOW’ moments.

Over the next 90 days, we will ensure there are regular email updates referring to the course content. We also complete three follow up telephone calls to help refresh memories and answer any questions.
